Terms and Conditions

• Maximum occupancy in villa 8 persons.
• Check in 2:00 pm.  Check out up to 12:00 pm.
• Children up to 2 years old using baby cot, free (2 maximum).
• Children must be supervised at all times. Usage of the pool and pool area is done at the sole responsibility of users.
• As the villa is in residential area, guests are asked to respect siesta time by keeping noise to a minimum between the hours of 2:30pm to 5:00pm., especially near the swimming pool.
• For final bookings a 30 % down payment as a deposit is necessary. The remaining amount is payable upon arrival.
• Deposit is non-refundable with cancelation.
• Credit cards are not accepted.
• Winter heating cost is not included in the above prices.
• Free of charge washing machine's usage,  up to 2 times per week
• Pets are not allowed.
